• Cost includes house plans

• Roof is 30 year architect shingles, you pick standard color

• Vinyl double hung windows

• 9 feet ceilings downstairs

• 6 panel metal front door

• Standard Kwikset door hardware

• Interior paint, standard colors, one color throughout and white for ceilings

• Lighting allowance $800

• Flooring allowance is $25/ Sq yd (vinyl for bath, kitchen, and laundry; carpet for bedrooms, living room, and dining room; can have vinyl in dining room instead of carpet)

• All electrical meet NC building codes

• Standard electric appliances: stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and hook ups for washer and dryer, $2000 allowance

• Laminated counter tops in kitchen

• Cabinetry is oak, flat panel with standard hardware

• Standard cultured marble in kitchen-you pick color

• Standard culture marble counter tops in bathrooms-you pick color

• Standard fiberglass tubs and/or shower units and chrome faucets

• Attic is blown insulation, walls are batten insulation per NC code

• Fill dirt if needed, Grading and seeding on lot

• Septic tank and hookup included

• Water tap fee included

• Buyer responsible for all surveys, can be added to your contract price

• $500 allowance towards county fee & permits*

 

Upgrades and building options are available at additional costs. There will be a charge for change orders after signing contract.

1% down required at time of signed contract and at that time we will let you know when we can start building your home.
