Tim Phelps & Co. General Contracting and Construction is a fully licensed and insured construction company with an Unlimited license for any size residential or commercial job. Their goal is to build the highest quality construction in our area. They believe Quality not Quantity is the most important in the building industry.
Tim along with his wife, Debra founded Tim Phelps & Co. in 1998. Tim is the General Contractor with almost 40 years of building experience learning from his father Reginald Dalton Phelps in Creswell, NC. Tim is a gentle, soft-spoken man with a tremendous amount of knowledge and ability of the building industry.
Tim and Debra both stay updated on information and issues in the building and real estate industry to help with their customers’ questions. They work well together in accommodating the customer in all their homeowner needs. The couple makes a perfect team in building and selling homes together. They are offering land and home packages at Windsor Woods in Edenton, which is near The Links at Mulberry Hill golf course and country club as well as the Albemarle Sound.
