Dear Tim,

Thank you so much for all your help with the planning and then building of our home on the Sound. First, your brilliant suggestion to renovate the old cottage for our guest quarters has been worth a million dollars to us and to our extended family! Julio’s very creative design for the new construction was a challenge which you met, above and beyond expectations. Your support staff was always extremely helpful and your crews working the sire were always on top of whatever needed to be done. Everyone was not only knowledgeable but also very friendly and helpful. we are thrilled with the finished product but hope that this does not mean that we will not be seeing any more of you.
